We run far and finally arrive at a place:
The week’s end to rest and gaze and simply laze.
When we find Sunday sliding away,
We may as well breathe our last bit of relaxed Bombay.

Beyond the Blues on an evening sultry and heavy
Are colours aplenty.
And even when Bombay’s this peaceful,
It’s also a quaint carnival!

You’ll be streaming down a street,
Deep in conversation with yourself,
Until you chance upon a piece of this city
And notice your thoughts stop awhile and stare.
